Double room in a second floor maisonette available for rent in the Gorbals. You would be sharing with one 34yr old female student. Bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared. The living room has a balcony over looking the street below. Free parking right outside the front door and a large shared garden area at the back. All bills included in rent apart from council tax if you are a professional. This is not a party flat and I like to keep things clean and tidy.. About me: I am a full time engineering student so during term time I spend a lot of term time at home studying.
The room has a king size bed with a chest of drawers and cupboard with a rail.
I have family dogs visiting often so being comfortable with dogs is important. The flat is a twenty minute walk to argyle street station and a thirty minute walk to central station or there are buses to take you into town. We have a local coop, pharmacy, cafe etc three minutes walk from the flat. Glasgow green is a short walk from the flat.

Deposit £400
students and professionals welcome but council tax will need to be paid by professional. All other bills are included.
