Double Bedroom In A Great Location

I have a double room to rent preferably long-term but short let's considered. The house has just been refurbished and it benefits from all amenities. I am a laid-back individual that works usually during the evening so the house will be empty most of the day. Both I and the flatmate are very sociable and like a chat and banter but are mindful of people's space.

We are looking for a flat-mate that is easy-going, clean and tidy.

There is ultra-fast broadband, Netflix, and Amazon Videos connected on the TV, a back Patio with a Garden perfect for your morning coffee, a fully equip kitchen, a brand new bathroom fitted. There are fantastic routes to Glasgow city center that takes around 10 min to get there by train and 30 min by bus.
For Students in the west end there is a direct link under the clyde tunel and takes around 20 min to get to uni in a bus.
Moreover, there are plenty of shops just a few min away including big supermarkets such as Aldi and Morrison and other local small shops.

Couples are welcome but there will be a wee increase in monthly rent due to increase in bills.

I also have a small Beagle dog pup that is 5 months old and extremely friendly so please bear that in mind before sending an interest.
For couples looking to share the room there is a £100 extra per month for the amenities.
