The flat is situated in Sandyhills in Glasgows East End. There's a bus stop outside the flat that takes you directly to the forge shopping centre/retail park in 10 minutes, or city centre in 30 minutes. Theres also a train station, 2 supermarkets, bakeries, a vet, a petrol station and a coffee shop within 5-10 minutes walk of the flat.

The room contains a built in wardrobe, a view of the garden, a memory foam mattress, furniture and plenty of space. I manage a bar in city centre so you'll have the place largely to yourself on weekends.

The flat comes with a big fluffy chubby indoor cat but I will always look after her, feed her etc. You just get pets on demand (if you want!) so an animal lover would be great. Hoping for a single person rather than a couple, 3 people and a cat would feel a bit crowded. It's a nice flat that comes with bonus features such as a top of the line rowing machine (I was surprised too!) A gas fireplace in the living room and a 6ft standalone so looking for someone sensible that can treat it as a home.

£400 is sent to the landlord every month to cover rent, broadband, steaming services and all gas and electric (no bills) Council tax is then £70 for someone in full time employment or £25 for a student.

Despite managing a bar I really don't drink much so its more a comfy home than a party house, I'm also veggie but you eat whatever you like!
