1 Big double room in massive flat in Ibrox

The flat is located just off Paisley Road West, and is situated near lots of shops and restaurants. It's also a stone's throw away from Cessnock tube.

The flat itself is massive, with very high ceilings and big living spaces. The room is a really good size, with a double bed, and two cupboards and shelves.

I am moving out because i'm returning to London. The current flatmates are legends called Alan and Nancy. Both are writers and play music.

Other than that, a smart meter was recently put in, so electric is pay as you go, but as far as i'm aware there hasn't been any bills for gas for years now, but that might change.

If you would like to come have a look drop me a message. Deposit would be 300, and rent is 300, but you're not signing into a contract so can leave with one months' notice provided you find a replacement. Then bills (wifi and electric) will probably be about 30 a month. so 330 all in.
I love ibrox, it's got a lot of character. I moved in on a sublet four months ago and really enjoyed living here. Also you can smoke inside.

Ideally looking for someone to move in straight away.
