Located in a sociable area, with the Quay located in walking distance. Theres a good public transport system with the bus stops being very close to the flat. Plenty of parking in the area also. The room is available for 3 months currently, but there is a good chance this can be extended. Ideally, we're looking for someone that is a young professional or a post graduate student, and is preferably female. My flatmate is very sociable and clean.
