1 Double bed with en suite for rent.
The property is located at Glasgow Green, 5min walk from the train and 20min walk into the city centre.

I'm looking to get someone in at the end of April 2021.

The property is gas central heating and has Wi-Fi.
All bills are included in the rent, so, Wi-Fi, council tax, tv licence, electricity/gas.
The flat is furnished, however, the photos of the bedroom to rent are the current flatmates bedding, tv/tv unit and small dresser. The bedroom has a built in wardrobe and storage cupboard.

Deposit of £387.50 to be paid to the current flat mate and retrieved from the agency after departure.
Rent is paid on the 29th of every month.

I'm looking for professionals, male or female, to rent for at least 1 year.
When I'm at home, I spend most of my time in the livingroom, I'm a friendly person who loves to cook, im clean and tidy and likes a chat.
