We are John (28) and Charlotte (26) looking for 2 new flatmates to join our 4 bedroom flat.

We are looking for friendly and clean flatmates (preferably 1 male and 1 female to keep m/f balance). We are clean, sociable, laid back, and respect each other's privacy.

About the flat:
- Both rooms for rent are double beds and fully furnished -
new carpets have just been fitting in each room.
- Wifi and council tax included in the rent.
- There is a bathroom/toilet to be shared between 2 of the rooms which are being filled.
- Kitchen area is shared between 4 but has space for all (including 2 freezers/fridges) and is fully equipped.
- Large living room area more than adequate for sharing between 4.
- On-street parking in local streets.
- Extra storage cupboard in the hallway if needed.
- Space to store bikes in the hallway.
- 15/20min walk to the city center.
- Local train station (Belgrove) 5min walk away.
- Nice bars/restaurants/coffee shops in the local Dennistoun area.
- 5min walk from Lidl, 10min walk from Retail Park and Tesco Extra/Morrisons.
