Modern double room in the Southside

Hi guys, I'm renting this cosy double bedroom in the beautiful southside, just a few minutes from the city center.

My current roommate has landed a job in Copenhagen so she will be moving early May.

The flat is a modern 2 bedroom-flat with double glazing, fully equipped kitchen and central heating. There is a washing machine, full size fridge and a small wine fridge in the living room with a bar top. The living room is also shared (And of course Netflix is a must ;) ).

The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress and a built in large wardrobe.
There's is plenty of parking for residents aswell if you have a car.
The rent includes all the bills: Internet, gas, electric and council tax. Obviously, I would expect you to chip in here and there for cleaning products and loo roll ;)

The place is a couple minutes walk away from Queens park.

Located within 4 minutes walk from pollockshields East Train station, bus stops at your doorstep and near cafés, restaurants and shops. You will have everything you want next to you. Even a 24hours McDonald and a KFC.

Places within less than 10 minutes away:
-Sainsbury's / Tesco/ Lidl
-The gym
-Rum Shack and other bars restaurants
-McDonald and other fast food

I will be living in the flat aswell. I have recently graduated in Business Law and I'm currently working full-time, sometimes even weekends. So you might bump into me in the kitchen cooking if I'm not busy, which is rare lol.

I spend most of my time in my room working on admin stuff but would occasionally catch up in the living room over a beer or wine for a good laugh.

I'm looking for Someone clean, tidy and friendly, who is respectful but also chill and like the occasional catch up.
