Flat is ground floor, with open-plan kitchen and living room and spacious hall. Living room has sofa bed/corner sofa, dining table and 50” smart TV on the wall.

The bedroom had a double bed, wardrobe, full length mirror, chest of drawers, 38” TV and bedside cabinet.

The flat is in a great location - 5 minute walk to Cathcart train station which runs regular services to Glasgow central (the journey takes around 12 minutes). There is also free on-street parking and a communal back garden.

£475 includes all bills such as council tax, utilities, WiFi, etc. I will also be looking for a deposit of £250.

I will be the landlord and flatmate - I am a 27 year old female who works from home (office hours). I am quite sociable but also appreciate having my own space. Completely indifferent to gender of flatmate, as long as you are up for a glass of wine.

I do also have a cat - she stays indoors and loves a cuddle when she gets to know you.
