Unfurnished Double Room in Southside. Flatshare.

My flatmate is moving out of our lovely ground floor tenement flat in Battlefield, Glasgow Southside, and I'm looking for someone to take her room. The flat is rented through an agency and the letting agency will want references etc for any new tenant. I've found the agency to be really good to deal with!

The bedroom will be unfurnished but is very spacious and can easily fit a double bed plus any other bedroom furniture.

The flat itself is large, bright and modern with a shared kitchen, shower room and living/dining room. Living room is currently in the process of changing around furniture. The backcourt and close are also very well kept.

There are easily accessible bus and train links into Glasgow city centre with Shawlands also a 15-20 min walk away. Lots of lovely restaurants, bars, cafes and shops within walking distance. Queen's Park is also a 10 minute walk away. I've lived here since December and really love the area!

Rent is £337.50 a month excluding other bills. Bills, incl council tax, and rent is £460 pcm.

Not allowed pets unfortunately 😔☹
