I have a single room in my house for which I do not mind renting out long term for a student or a professional)

Due to the current season, preference will be given to long term stable tenants only The deposit will then be six weeks rent. with one month minimum period of notice

The current changes in electricity prices make it difficult to fix an amount, hence we would split the electricity bills on a weekly basis as we both monitor usage.

It is essential that you are a neat individual who is able to clean up after yourself at all times please.

The flat is a 1st floor flat and currently I work remotely from home, so would appreciate a lodger who will not be partying in the house.
The train station is just about 9 minutes walk away from the house & so you can get into Glasgow Queen Street station in a few minutes. The main bus station is also near by.
ASDA & the town centre with several shops are also less than 10 minutes walk away.
