Single Room (but can be double) to Rent

- - About the room - -
Hi there! I am looking for someone to move into this room, as current flatmate is moving out 2nd of June (but can move out as early as May 19th). It is £480 per month including bills (energy bills may fluctuate). It has a single bed, nightstand, and big wardrobe with drawers. It can be changed to a double bed if preferred as the flat came unfurnished when I moved in. I just happened upon a single bed at the time. Neighbours are an elderly couple so it's a nice quiet space.

- - The property - -
The flat is based in a nice wee area in the west end, around 5 mins walk from a train station. There are two convenient stores a couple minutes away, and a Tesco not far either, or a Lidl in Yoker if you drive. There is on street parking, always space about. The internet provider is virgin media, and it's really fast (Speed test shows 112.1 download and 10.08 upload).

- - The household - -
I work in a lab for the NHS, currently working 12 hour shifts but you will still see me plenty as I have a lot of rest days! I love to just chill, explore outside, and have an occasional glass while watching TV. I like to keep the communal areas clean, but not bothered about the odd mug or plate lying around. Just generally hoping to find someone to be pals with and to do some things together when we can, but I do enjoy my personal time too so I'm respectful of that :) I'm a little introverted at first but will open up in time 😊
