It is a 2 bed room house. There is a garden and private parking. It is close to the shops and all major highways like the m74/ m8 so it is quite convenient to get around if you need to commute by car. The kitchen has all the usual white goods- oven, stove, microwave, washing machine. The house is also situated close to the city centre so takeaways like Just eat + Deliveroo delivers there! There is a bus stop and train station just outside as well so public transport is convenient - 15-20 mins to city centre.
The house is well located near the University of Strathclyde, Royal infirmary, Glasgow Caledonian Uni.
Most of the time you will have the entire house to yourself for comfort :) So if you are looking for your space/ privacy and your own place then this would be the property for you.
