Hello!

My cat and I currently have a single room available. Rent will be 260 rent plus ~40 bills without council tax (both me and other flatmate are students).

I will not be accepting couples or loud/dirty folk, sorry guys. I need a clean, quiet workspace and no drama or PDA please.

There is a couple of shared living spaces, a shared bathroom and a kitchen with a washer/dryer. Landlord just repainted and refloored the flat (no carpet!). The giant Tesco is like a two min walk away and Byres road and Great Western are super close. Thus, Glasgow Uni is only about a 15-20 min walk away.

I’m pescatarian, so I would prefer to have other pescatarians or vegetarians but I’m open to omnivores that are super tidy with their meat/store it and cook it separately. I’m also cool with vegans but would understand if they don’t want to deal with my dairy haha.

Animal lovers only! I’m open to pets of course as well. Bring your pets! The more the merrier. My cat is afraid of ferrets but is otherwise very friendly to other species (and to other cats).
