Southside Double: ground floor, garden (fire pit!)

Currently looking for a new flat mate as my current housemate is planning to move and I love the flat we stay in!

Two double bedrooms, cracking location, and on the ground floor - so ideal for home workouts, heavy walkers and slipping out the front to drink coffee in the sun in your dressing gown!

Big kitchen with a dining table which can be a Southside rarity. I am very (nerdily) into food so can testify to all the excellent bakeries/coffee shops/grocers in strolling distance.

Proper hot shower in the teeny bathroom which is ideal if you, like me, need to defrost after walking/swimming/trying to be outside as much as possible!

Downsides of living with me : I’m a doctor so I work a lot - and often late and long shifts which means multiple days in a row where I am mostly present in the form of bedroom workouts and Tupperware meal prep. I spend a lot of time chopping stuff up in the kitchen - I am happy to let you get involved in my organic veg box and do enjoy the occasional shared meal / treat / dinner out! If I open a bottle of wine, you’ll be cordially invited to share a glass. I don’t like to chat much before I’ve had a coffee!
I’m not super clean, Tupperwares can build up and the glass surfaces don’t get sprayed as much as they should, but I’m very against crumbs on the countertops, food left out to go off, refusal to empty bins... etc.

I really love being outdoors. The more the sun is out and the travel is allowed, the more determined I am to get the tent out and swim/walk/explore as much as possible. If you think you can peer pressure me gently into doing even more of that stuff, I’d respond enthusiastically!
