Student Flatmate needed for 2 bed Flat

Hi, I'm looking for a student flatmate to take over the tenancy of my flatmate, who will be moving out on the 31 August.
The room is Furnished, with a double bed, desk (that will need to be bought as the current flatmate is selling it) and has a mirror wardrobe and shelves. There is a spacious living room and the main bathroom is pretty much yours, as my room has an en-suite. There is also a kitchen with a wash machine, cooker, microwave, toaster and a slow cooker. I can provide more pictures as requested.
The flat is close to trains and buses, is a 10-15 min walk from the centre and the forge retail park, and 5 mins from a Morrisons. It is next to the beautiful Glasgow Green as well, which is perfect for some fresh air.
The rent is £375 a month, with bills at roughly £50-60 depending on usage as Gas and Electric are on meters. The security deposit is £425 as well.
I do not have a preference for flatmates except for students for council tax reasons, as long as the rent is paid and space is respected. I am a 25 year old mature student who likes being social but also respectful of own space. Moderate noise levels are fine, and I am happy with people being over to hang out as long it has been communicated. There is no smoking in the flat, but you can smoke outside. If there are pets, the landlord will need to be contacted for permission.
