Short-term let: stylish studio flat, furnished

I’m subletting my cosy, quiet studio flat while I'm away for two months, from 29 July until 30 September. Ideally, I'd like to find someone for the entire two month stay.

Tidy, freshly redecorated, and fully furnished, it’s on the first floor of tenement building. Unlike a traditional studio flat, the kitchen is in a separate room.

The flat comes equipped with all the essentials: cooker; toaster; kettle; TV with Firestick; folding (murphy) double bed; fully equipped kitchen area; cupboard for storage; and bathroom with full bath/shower (with great water pressure). There is a desk for working from home, and a foldaway dining table and chairs. There is also a free laundry room with commercial tumble dryer on-site.

There is plenty of parking available in front of the building. You’ll have access to a lovely shared back garden, Elder Park is just across the street, and the flat is also close to Bellahouston Park.

Near many transport links and close to the fashionable west end. Takeaways and shops are a short walk away, and it’s close to the M8 motorway and Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.

No pets or smoking.

£540 per month and £540 deposit, available from 29 July to 30 September. Council tax and internet are included in the rent, electricity and gas are a pay-as-you-go meters (averaging about £50 per month total for both.)
