Hi! Recently my flatmate has decided to move out due to a job opportunity and I'm now looking to fill the double room he left behind. The room itself is fairly sizable and has a very reasonably sized wardrobe, bedside table and a not so great desk. The flat has a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom which are all sizable. The bills usually come to around 35 for electric and 18 for internet but since my flatmate moved away I've taken the opportunity to actually use the boiler. I would be hoping to have another professional move in due to council tax but I would consider a student (especially one who would mind making a small contribution to council tax). It would be great to have another sociable flatmate that also respects each others space but also doesn't mind a drink or having a few friends over.
