I have a spacious and stylish double room to rent in a 3 bedroom flat. The room is fully furnished and decorated. The place has all the necessary utilities for a pleasant habitat, as well as a toilet and generous bath/shower room. The shared areas contain a fully fitted kitchen with all the wares such as toaster, kettle, pans and others, you get the idea. There's also a large and homely living room, perfect for both a cuppa and inviting friends over. The whole place has recently been renovated. The price is £160 per week with all bills included. In general, the home has a friendly atmosphere and is well maintained, being clean and cosy.

It's both a student and young professional friendly accommodation, close to the GSA Strathclyde and Caledonian universities and with great links to the University of Glasgow (around 15 mins cycle and 25 mins bus respectively), as well as in a walking distance to the city centre (roughly 25mins). The place benefits from a very good location, next to Victoria road, having great links to various locations and a newly established cycling route. Lidl is literally next door (2min walk) and there are plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants nearby. They're a few parks nearby, the nearest being the amazing Queen’s Park (5mins walk). Close to local gyms, swimming pools, local library and others (all between 5 to 10 mins walk).
