Kitchen has all white goods including a tumble dryer and dish washer.

Im a 33yr old full time working professional working from home 80% of the time 9-5pm.
Im friendly but i mostly mind my own business/space to allow you yours :)
I also enjoy watching movies, music, cleaning/ disinfecting things.
Area:
Flat is located in a safe newly built residential area 3 minutes away from The Forge Shopping Centre at G31 4**
Smoking:
I am very fine living with smokers except that the smoking must be done outside.
Parking:
Free residential car park - parking at your own risk like in any other place although there is car park CCTV.
Shopping:
- The Forge Shopping centre with a large Asda and lots of high street shops is a 10 mins walk away or 3mins by car/taxi.
- The Forge Retail park with an Aldi, M&S, B&M, Argos, Curry, other home stores is 15mins walk or 3 mins by car
- Tollcross road 4 mins walk away is a very busy main street full of all kinds of stores and restaurants
