KING SIZE BED AND ROOM

Large king size room in a, large 4 bed detatched home next to silverburn shopping centre.
The room has a tv with access to internet apps netfilx, youtube etc.
The room has an en suite bathroom shared with another adjacent bedroom. Jack and jill set up.
A brand new king size bed with a brand new memory foam matress for max luxury and comfort.
The room has a built in wardribe with plenty space and a desk and chair will be provided as it is fully furnished..
The house has a large kitchen / dining area and 2 lounge rooms.
The house has 3 bathrooms and 1 wc.
The house has a large back garden with a private garden lounge room at the back with access to a smart tv.
we are a muslim family and have a small child of 5 years and a 20 yr old male student who will fit into the room next door to our other tenant with a shared ensuite bathroom between both rooms. My husband and me are in our 40's.
We would prefer a clean and tidy person and prefer a male as the bathroom will be shared with another male.
We live walking distance to the most popolur shopping centre and the buses take 40 mins to reach the university. There is a train station walking distance and the faster bus goes from the shopping centre via the motorway.
There is a cinema, gym, library, swimming pool and the medical centre walking distance from the house.
Trains and bus access nearby also.
The room is free from the 17th July.
We have 2 kittens in the house already so no pets allowed. We need someone who is cat friendly and has no allergies to cats.
Our house is not a quiet home as our 5 yr old can be loud at times when home in the eve and weekends.
We need someone who will not be coming home too late in the night and can respect our home rules and privacy.
Also we strictly cant allow smokers or drinkers. We also wont allow nin halal meat in the home and prefer someone of our own muslim faith.
Room will be free from 3rd oct 2023.
Deposit is 100 pounds along with 1 months advance rent of £575 to be paid on moving in date.
