1 Double Room Southside

I'm a 29-year-old professional in a 3 bedroom flat looking to rent with one other person as a 2-bed flat!

The flat is Southside in Croftfoot, next to Shawlands and Strathbungo (but without their budget :P). It's also next to two parks that have lovely walking routes in them.

I'd prefer to live with someone in their late twenties/early thirties, who is a working professional and who is looking for somewhere to live as a home for the foreseeable future not just as a short-term thing!

The flat is 3 bedroom, pay by the room and bills/council tax/ everything included. I'd like to find someone who wants to co-rent the third bedroom with me, keeping the flat to 2 people (it's a bit of a squish for 3) making the RENT £450 a month, EVERYTHING INCLUDED.

I also LOVE animals and I dog walk a lot for various friends digs :) So being a dog-lover is a MUST!

I'm a musician and I practice at home but keep it to sociable hours and it's not too loud or relentless. I also work from home in the afternoons tutoring English online and doing online work for a charity. I also work in a cafe some mornings in the Southside

I love the outdoors and regularly go walking (the flat is also next to two parks!) and to Netflix in the living room with a cup of tea at the end of the day. I also love having friends over for dinner or movie nights. When we're allowed, I love to go to gigs.

I'm looking to fill the flat soon :)

MUSTS:
- Like dogs
- Be socialable (like within reason, we all like our own alone time) but likes to make friends and join in for dinners and movie nights if and when friends ever come over
- Be cool with listening to a gigging musician
- Be cool with me sending you memes and funny videos, it's practically my love language.
