I currently rent a 2-bed, 2-bathroom flat in the Maryhill area (25-minute walk to the University of Glasgow) and am looking for a flatmate (professional please, no students) to move in around end of July.
I'm generally quite quiet and really tidy. Equally happy going clubbing as I am having a night in with a good book (although I feel ancient going clubbing nowadays).
I WFH for 2 days a week and I'm in the office 3 days a week but am flexible with where I need to be and when. I drive (there is off street parking but it's a bit squished/ one assigned spot and then various hope for random free ones) but I usually walk into work. I also visit family/friends in Essex/Cornwall quite a bit.
Rent is £690 a month for the whole place, bills/council tax/wifi about £280ish so all of that would be divided between two!
Let me know if you're interested!
edit: I didn't realise the room would be so popular. Ideally, I'm looking for someone female, employed full time who doesn't work from home all the time! No students.
Available from 27TH JULY!
