En-suite available in Dennistoun

Hi there !!

I have a en-suite double room available immediately in Dennistoun area! My flatmate had to move back to her home country urgently, and I am looking for someone who can move in immediately or by the end of May!

This is a lovely 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat and has a living room, kitchen, and washer/dryer. You’ll have the en-suite so you’ll have your own shower and toilet! The rent is £397.50, not indulging bills. The wifi is £20 each a month and bill comes about £45 each a month (depending on the month). So the rent plus bills will be about £450-£480 a month :))

A little bit about myself! I’m from originally from Japan but lived in America for the last 5 years before I moved to Glasgow last September. I’m a masters student at GCU and will be graduating this August/September. I’m a full time student and also work part time so I’m usually pretty busy!! But when I have time, I love taking a walk, going out for good coffee and food, watching films etc. I’d love to have a flatmate who has similar interests :))

I’m a student so if you are a professional, you’ll have to cover the council tax I’m afraid!
