Room has become available @ Riverview Drive right next to The Quay in Glasgow! Move in date is August 1st. Successful applicants will require a landlord/character reference and a form of ID.

Please note this room will be unfurnished bar the two pictures wardrobes (that includes the curtains, as I have replaced them)

Rent: £350

Deposit: £400

Council Tax: £73 p/m

Electric: £30

TV Licence: £8

WiFi: £8

Room comes with a balcony, as well as use of the communal areas

In terms of accessibility, the flat is on the 2nd floor of the building and there are only stairs unfortunately. There is a mixture of diets within the flat also!

There is parking available, but a permit must be purchased with the company who run the estate.

Unfortunately the room is not open to students/couples at this time. Sorry!

The flat is Queer friendly and the ideal candidate would also be queer or at least a strong ally. The group is social and supportive, so this room would best fit someone looking for a big flat with a lot of people to talk to.
