Bright room in shared home in Glasgow southside

Looking for someone who enjoys being in a shared space to join my home in Glasgow southside.

The room available is in a 3-bedroom house which I own & let out 2 of the rooms. Currently I’m sharing with another woman (Scottish but Spanish-speaking) and a friendly cat.

English is spoken in the house; but this doesn’t have to be your first language. We welcome other languages, cultures and backgrounds.

We are a LGBTQI+ friendly household. (Clicked 'Female' under the gender preference - NB very welcome)

We enjoy having meals together, and eat vegetarian (mostly vegan) when eating together.

The room is on the first floor & is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside table.

Shared spaces include living room, kitchen & garden. The living room & kitchen are both a good size, with a lot of light. Green fingers welcome in the garden!

A secure space to store a bike is available in a shed in the garden. Easy (free) on-street parking is also available.

Both me & my housemate are non-smokers & we would like to live with a non-smoker.

Bills will be split between us three ways at the end of each month. These include energy, council tax (band D) & internet. Bills currently comes to approx. £106 each per month.

Please note:
- Short term lets (2-6months) will be considered at £475 per month
- If you are a student, please be aware that you would be expected to pay 1/3 of the Council Tax
