Double Bed w/ Private Bathroom North East Glasgow

My current lodger found a flat faster than anticipated after relocating so my spare room is available again.

What's available - Furnished double room (no desk) with private bathroom to rent in a 3 bed new build house. Shared kitchen / dining, living room and driveway.

The Location - 10/15 mins outside Glasgow City Centre with a bus stop a 10 min walk and Stepps and Lenzie train stations are each a 10 min (max) drive. Minutes in the car to the M80 in either direction.

Me - a 32 year, live in landlord who works from home the majority of the time (3rd bedroom is my office). Looking for someone who is happy to clean their fair share and keep shared space relatively tidy. Would prefer someone who is not full time wfh though happy to discuss with the right fit. House has broadband and Sky TV. Have previously had lodgers and always happy to spend a bit of time with new people. I enjoy reading, watching tv and try to exercise a few times a week. No pets but I do occasionally dog sit for friends and family.
