About me:

I am a 31-year-old professional working away often throughout the week so you'll have the place to yourself bar the cat (Cleo). I enjoy travelling, hill running and cooking. I am looking for a clean and tidy housemate.

The room:
The room available has a double bed, and will be furnished including a bedside table, chest of drawers and hanging rail. The room is gets plenty of light and has warm carpets.

Communal spaces:
The house has two bathrooms with showers upstairs and a downstairs WC, an excellent TV room, dining/sitting room with wood stove, a modern and fully equipped kitchen with seperate utility room, office and garden with shed/bike storage, there's a 3rd bedroom aswell if the odd guest wants to stay over

Kitchen: large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, plenty of storage, and appliances - kitchenaid, toastie maker, slow cooker, ooni pizza oven and more. Utility room with washer and tumble drier

Living room: Big TV with surround sounds and quite possibly the world most comfortable sofa

Dinning room: Woodburning stove, dining space for 8 or so people, small tv, home working area

Bathrooms: Two bathrooms upstairs one has an over the bath shower and the other a walk in shower (we can always spilt so we have one each). There's a WC downstairs along with cloakroom

Parking: there is parking on the drive and onstreet which is free

Williamwood train station is a short 5 minute walk from the flat, takes 25mins from the front door to central station. Giffnock high street is 12mins walk from the house

Bills:
Gas and electricity is included in the price (subject to reasonable use) theres also the wood burner for winter. Internet is 100mb fibre and is also included
