This 2 bedroom flat is located in Battlefield, Southside of Glasgow. With a variety of up and coming cafes and bars right at your footstep. The flat is right next to the beloved Queen's Park, and within 15 minute walking distance from Linn Park and Pollock Park. The nearest train station is Mount Florida which is a 5-10 min walk.

The spare bedroom is a large room with a large double bed. It has a beautiful bay window to let in plenty of natural light. It also has plenty of storage space for clothes etc.

The flat in general is spacious, bright, modern but still has the classic Glasgow tenement look. The living room again has big bay windows to allow plenty of natural light in - perfect for sitting and relaxing reading a book with a cup of tea or coffee. At the back of the living room there is a dining table to sit and enjoy dinner at or host a dinner party with. The kitchen is clean, tidy and comes with a washing machine and microwave.

I am warm, friendly & like to have a laugh but I'll also respect your privacy, alone & quiet time. I am a nutritionist and work from home. My interests include yoga/pilates, reading and watching movies. (So anyone with common interests would be nice but not essential) however we do respect the flat and like to keep it clean and tidy (so someone with those same values are essential)

Rent is £397 per month + bills+ council tax band B which are normally around £120 on top each month.
