The room is south facing and gets plenty of natural light, you will find a huge desk(great for people who need a lot of space for their projects), a wardrobe and a matress, the room is only missing a bedframe. The shared kitchen and living room are fully furnished and fully available for use. We have a cat named Mochi who is very friendly and two pet rats who are very sweet and getting on in age. This flat is LGBTQ+ friendly, whoever you are you are welcome here! The apartment is about a 20 minute bus ride from city centre and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. Council tax is included in the rent while the cost of electricity and gas will be shared among flatmates.
