Battlefield, Southside - Flat to let

Hi all!

I’m a young(ish) professional who’s looking to let out my main bedroom, and pretty much the whole flat. Recently moved in the girlfriend elsewhere in southside so you’ll have the flat to yourself pretty much… A loft bed/office space will remain in a portion of the flat for me, though I doubt I’ll ever have reason to use it.

In the last 18 months, I’ve added new flooring into the bathroom, living room and the bedroom, bought a new washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, desk, bed and mattress. Also looking to install a cracking looking fireplace before move in. Great flat in, move in condition.

Ideally looking for another similar minded professional who’ll help keep the gaff looking nice and tidy. The flat and the area are class - just off the top of Sinclair drive with a 5/6 minute stroll to Mt Florida station, with Queens Park on the doorstep.

Bills will be up to the person living there to pay while I’m not living in the flat, however council tax I’m happy to split council tax which is in band B £144/77 each.

Insurance and bi-weekly cleaning of the building close is included in rent.

Flat is Available from 10th of December - can potentially be flexible depending on right Tennant.
