A lovely double bedroom with a king size bed is available in a nice and spacious flat. The flat itself is located in one of the sought-after and quiet area of Glasgow southside.

There are good transport links to Glasgow city centre, West end and surrounding areas with Dumbreck train station, bus stop within 5 mins of walking distance (just one stop from Dumbreck to Glasgow Central station) and Cessnock subway is at 12 mins walking distance. All of these gives easy access to the universities in Glasgow too. M8, M74 and M77 are 2 mins drive away. There is Bellahouston Park at 5 mins walk too.

Shared area includes living room, dining and kitchen. There are two bathrooms in the property. Rent includes all the bills and a deposit of £500 will be required.

A bit about us - Me (37) and my wife (33) are of Indian origin but have been living in Scotland for a while now. We both are friendly IT professionals and currently work hybrid with couple of days in office a week. We are quite busy with work and catching up with other stuff during the week but when we are free and on weekends we like to cook, have friends over for dinners occasionally, watch movies/tv series and go out on day trips from time to time (you can join us if you fancy). We are social and won't mind a bit of chat/having dinner together on occasions with flatmates but if that's not your thing that is fine too. We have a little baby girl who is 2.5 years old and a cat and both are well behaved.
