Living Room with French Balcony

I have a unfurnished room available within a walking dstance to both West End and City Centre. I have been a living in the apartment for more than 3 years and ithe location is simply perfect - plenty of amenities such as take-aways, restaurants, shops (including LIDL in walking distance). The area is mainly residential and very quiet.

The flat has one bathroom with bath tub and shower. The kitchen is well equpped with dishwasher, washing machine with drying options as well. There is a sofa and a large-screen TV in the living room, so you can spend a cozy evenings there. The bedroom comes unfurnished but it has a large closet.

I'm looking for mainly professionals but students are welcomed as well, providing they have a guarantor. I'm a professional working as a data analyst. I'm working from home for the large part of the week. I also oach a university handball team. Other than tha, I consider myself as a quiet person who values their own personal space. I am looking for someone like-minded.
