Modern flat in Govan, excellent transport links. 2 minute walk from the underground ( free unlimited subway pass Inc) and plenty of buses.
Double room unfurnished with built in wardrobes, shared bathroom and shared kitchen/ living area. The room is unfurnished so you can decorate as you like. The deposit can be negotiated based on it being unfurnished.

I'm a 36 year old male who works full time (shifts) looking for a quiet flatmate, clean, tidy, respectful and appreciates boundaries and privacy.

Price of £600 includes rent, council tax, electric & gas and broadband. Please note though electricity will be monitored and split accordingly. Council tax band is Band C and already benefits from the 25% discount, any professionals would need to be willing to match 50% of the cost of full council tax.

There is off street parking, however this is not allocated parking and is first come first serve.

I'm not one for parties and live a quiet life, however my partner visits 2 or 3 times a week and I don't mind if yours does too. Just no wild parties I'm afraid.
