Hello. My name's Pascal and I'm a Glasgow Uni maths student looking to get a flatmate for a room I have available. The flat is family owned and managed, which means a direct line of communication and invested upkeep. The owners are properly registered with the council. Shoot me a message for plenty more info! :))
Available February 20th.
The flat is very well linked with various public transport and can get you into the west end and town pretty quickly. I can fill you in on it all.
Broadband is changing from £35.90/month to £24/month on march 13th. Energy bills typically range from £30-£60 (being an absolute max) each monthly depending on season and usage. We're on a good fixed OVO tariff for gas & electric from a year or two back. The tenancy agreement (contract) will state we're liable for our usage costs and all standing charges are split equally, but if we average similarly I'm happy to just split usage equally too. I'm quite energy conscious and I'm usually very active in making sure these deals are the lowest and best available. I had a free energy consultation from OVO a few months ago and the feedback was good.
The rest is just telling you about myself so I'm a bit less of an unknown quantity. Shoot me a message for more info about the flat, or hit "express interest" and I'll message you :))
So! I'm very self sufficient and experienced (i. e. house-trained), I don't slack on the household side so you'll never have to do my part. I regularly shop, cook and clean. I'm tidy, un-intrusive and open minded and considerate, but I'm not putting up with someone avoiding doing their share of the housework. Been there, done that, it sucks, never again.
You'll find that when I'm not studying, I'm between kicking back with a game, a show/movie or a book, or heading out to boxing (which you're welcome to come and try out).
You'll also find me randomly arranging one overly ambitious thing or another. From games of football, to camping road-trips deep into the Highlands (I'm usually driving), to hangover nights-in with friends in equally poor condition lured by the incentive of homemade cake. Often featuring some combination of the many brilliant and invariably wholesome lads and lassies of Glasgow uni boxing club.
I'd love to tell you more about the flat and myself, but most importantly, I want to hear a bit about you and your interests.
Don't know if you can see my number but I monitor my inbox here. Happy to do video calls or meetups upon request (cough cough trip to the pub). Or coffee or an all-levels boxing session if that's more your fancy. Thanks!
