Flatmate needed for affordable new build

I am moving into a new built flat that has affordable rent, is fully furnished, has free wifi and no factor fees.

The property is a two bed room. Each room has an en suite with a shower and the third bathroom has a shower bathtub. There is a balcony and a fully intergrated kitchen with an open plan living room.

So I’m an office worker and usually work from home 3 days a week and spend 2 in the office. I’m an avid gamer, I like to cook and host pals for dinner, I like to read as well, but cinema goer and I’m very clean. Would enjoy having a flatmate I can be pally with and spend time but equally respect that some folk value their privacy and time alone as well.

Ideally looking for someone who’s sociable but respective of personal space and clean. Would ideally like to be friendly with each other.

While I’ll pick the flatmate you’ll need to apply to the agency and they have a criteria. You need to be working full time, no students, have a good credit history, have references from your employer, a current letting agency and you’ll be asked to supply proof of income and some recent bank statements.
