One double bedroom with private bathroom available in a clean, spacious and quiet 2 bedroom furnished flat. Good location, 2 mins walk away to bus stop. 25 mins bus ride to city centre, and 12 mins bus ride to Glasgow uni.

There’s a private bathroom for the room as the occupied room has an ensuite so won’t be sharing bathrooms. There is also a modern built-in wardrobe in the bedroom.

There are places nearby to do your grocery shopping e. g. Tesco, is just 5 mins walk and a nearby gym, just 2 mins walk away.

The current flatmate is a professional and is very clean and tidy and is looking for someone who is also clean and tidy.

This is not a party house and visiting should be regulated.

Cleanliness is important so the intended flatmate must know how to clean after themselves and be ready to keep the flat tidy. No smoking, no pets.
