Due to personal issues I won't be able attend my university this year so I am looking for someone to take over my contract with St James accommodation. The room is very clean and it includes things like a double bedroom, a desk and a chair, a wardrobe, etc... it has everything that you would be looking for in a typical student accommodation. Within the building things like 24/7 gym, laundry room, yoga room, game room, movie room and more are included. I would say the best thing about this property is the location, only a few minutes walk to the city centre for access to everything and very close to all the unis(right next to Strathclyde university and 20 mins distance to Uni of Glasgow ). There is also a 7 day cooling off period which means you can fully refund any fees that you have paid within 7 days.
