Urgently need someone to take this double room’

This flat consists of a shared living room, spacious kitchen, bathroom and the double bedroom.
The whole place is part furnished so if someone’s looking to bring their own furniture, this is perfect.

The double room is spacious and has light coming in, I have my king sized bed and mattress that I can leave if you’d like for a price, it is almost new.
There’s a desk and a dressing table from ikea as well that I’ve in the room, everything depends on if you’d like to keep these or not.

Bathroom is fitted shower and a bathtub with hot water all the time.
We have gas central heating and this is so effective during the winter because the flat is new built and it keeps the heat in. Saves a lot on bills.

Whoever is interested will be replacing me in this flat, and the move in date is Nov 28th. But you will need to pass some credit checks by the agency before anything progresses. To secure the flat, the deposit is £400.

Council tax is band B, Wi-Fi is £27 per month and electricity and gas comes up to £40 ish or lesser per month.

This flat is in the beautiful Rutherglen with Aldi, 5 minutes walk away and the town centre is next door, the train station is 12 minutes away with direct trains to Glasgow central.
The flat also has a beautiful cloakroom and plenty storage rooms.
