Looking for a clean, tidy, and easygoing tenant for the spare room in my mid-terraced house. The location is perfect for a hospital worker, with the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital just a 15-minute walk or 5-minute cycle away. Excellent transport links: 15 minutes on foot to the subway, a 1-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and plenty of free parking outside. The new Govan/Partick bridge is open too, making it just a 10-minute bike ride to the West End.

The house has shared access to the kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, and garden. I’ve recently moved in and am doing some work to improve the space. I work shifts as a chef, so I’m generally out during the day and enjoy chilled evenings at home.

Rent includes WiFi and council tax.
