House rent in partick, student welcome

The house is near the University of Glasgow less than a 10-minute walk from the University of Glasgow, with supermarkets and an underground station nearby (kelvinhall).

With 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the house has good ventilation and lighting, and the neighborhood is safe. The landlord is a kind person and quickly responds when anything in the house needs to be fixed.

As we've rented a full year rent from the landlord, we are now looking for a sublet for all 3 rooms at an affordable price. The monthly rental fee is 2250 pounds(less than 200 pounds a week), which is cheaper than most of the school apartments.
