Room in Tradeston, G5

One of my current flatmates is leaving and we are looking for someone to move in with us.
Myself and the staying flatmate are 21 y/o. I'm a student at Strathclyde and he works full time.
We're looking for someone sociable and easy going. We tend to keep the flat quite clean so someone who is generally the same would be ideal.
The flat is located in Tradeston, its a great area for getting to the town centre and the development feels safe and quiet. There's heaps of buses and 2 subway stations within a 7min walk, it's also only a 15min walk to queen street station.
Flat is a 2nd floor flat, entirely electric and it stays warm.
Photo of the bedroom is old as current flatmate isn't out yet, the bed should be a double by the move in date.
The room (and living room) has a balcony so smokers welcome as long as they don't do it inside.
Looking for students or young professionals, other flatmate already pays council tax so if you're not a student you can split 50/50.
Move in is anytime after April 7th, ideally before April 15th.
£510 p/m, bills £70 p/m. Council Tax Band E
