Flatmate is moving to Australia in November so looking for a new flatmate :)

ABOUT THE FLAT:

- Bright, furnished (currently much more furnished now than the photos e. g TV etc.), two-bedroom, top floor, tenement flat.

- Located in Hillhead, just off Great Western Road.

- Excellent transport links (2 mins from Kelvinbridge subway).

- Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas stove.

- Modern bathroom with bath/shower.

- TV, very fast broadband, all that jazz

- Council tax: C

- EPC: D

ABOUT ME:

- I'm a Scottish 23 year old professional working for the UK Civil Service (working from home 2 days per week). I am a big music lover so always up for geeking out over music or going to a gig. Love going to the gym as often as I can and enjoy getting out and walking lots. I enjoy cooking in the flat every day as well as going out for meals when possible (plenty of nice places near this flat). Not a massive drinker these days but don't mind the odd pub trip.

- I'm Ideally looking for another young professional (although older students welcome to message if they don't mind paying council tax). Would ideally love a flatmate who is friendly and generally sociable (while of course still respecting work time/alone time when needed). I've lived with both girls and guys and have also lived in two LGBT+ households before so I'm open to whoever if we get along.
