Double room near Glasgow university for dog lover

Hello,
I am looking for someone who would like to live with me in my 2 bed flat just off the west end of Glasgow.
The flat is 5 min walk from big tesco (supermarket) and a bus stop that takes you to the city centre within 30 mins. You can also walk to Glasgow uni within 30 mins.
You have a double room, furnished, and use of the main bathroom with bath and shower. Shared living room, kitchen and balcony looking out over the canal.
I am a 32yo student, currently on my masters in Speech and Language therapy. Most days during term I am out at uni or on placement, but my schedule varies during exam periods and holidays.
I have a 3.5YO dog, Trotsky, who will be in the flat, so I need anyone who moves in to love dogs! Trotsky is well behaved and doesn’t jump on sofas or beds, but you do need to be careful she doesn’t sneak out the front door when it’s open. If you leave food or papers on the floor unattended, unfortunately she will chew them.
I have a busy life so might be out often, but I would ideally like to live with someone who likes the occasional chat/meal/drink together. It’s nice to be friends rather than strangers! If you are new to Scotland I would be happy to show you some nice spots.
In my free time I like painting and making pottery, jogging, aerial circus, travelling and hiking.
