Lovely bright double room

I'm looking for another tidy and respectful professional to share my lovely terraced, house. No couples please.
I was an AirBnB superhost for 2 years but have now decided to get a permanent lodger. I've had a lovely one but unfortunately she's having to move back down south.
I work full time as an AHP Health Professional in Glasgow, however I'm rarely at the house, only spending a night or 2 each week there, so you would have to be happy to be home alone and would literally have the whole house to yourself majority of the time.
I enjoy catching up with friends, running or going to my gym classes when I'm in Glasgow. Most weekends I'm away mountain biking with my partner.

I'm happy for my flatemate to be a social butterfly, but not interested in party animals or having hoards of people in the house every week. I have great neighbours and wouldn't want to upset them.
The house has a kitchen, dinning living room & wc downstairs. Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms & a bathroom. There is a back garden to enjoy in the summer. There is wifi, landline, cable tv & gas central heating.
There is a drive so perfect if you have a car - you'll always have your own space!
However there is also frequent transport links to the city centre by bus or taxi.
Rent is £500 per month all bills included.
