- Very conveniently located 7 miles from Glasgow city centre, about 500 metres from Junction 3 of the M77, and one junction from Silverburn shopping centre.
- Regular bus services nearby into the city centre via Silverburn and Shawlands, as well as one to Govan.
- Train station is a 15 minute walk with services into the city centre every 30 minutes. Journey time is 18 minutes.

The bedroom is fully furnished and has TV with Freeview channels. (With the option to upgrade to Sky Q)

We have our en suite bathroom, so the main bathroom would be shared with one other person. There is also a downstairs wc.

The rent is £400 per calendar month for Monday to Friday let.

We are a friendly, sociable and considerate couple who live with my Goddaughter. We like to keep things clean and tidy. It is important to us that our home is a harmonious, happy, welcoming place.
