Double room in large Southside flat - inc bills

There is a room available in my flat in the Southside of Glasgow for all or part of seven weeks. The flat is well maintained and is a generous size.

The bedroom is a good size and fully furnished (not necessarily the furniture pictured though...). The rest of the flat is also fully furnished, with well sized rooms which are bright and airy; and there's great water pressure in the bathroom. Price includes rent, utilities and wifi.

The flat is 2 minutes from the local train station, then 6 minutes into the city centre. There's also a great bus service; and the Victoria Hospital is close by.

Shawlands, with all the buzzing nightlife it offers, is about 10-15 minutes away, and Queen's Park is right on the doorstep.

This is to share with a young professional female, non smoker. Pretty laid back, good company but keeps pretty busy, so not at home every evening.
