Hi there,

We have a room to let (Monday to Friday only) in our Victorian maisonette located in the Southside of Glasgow in Govanhill. Perfect for someone who works away from home and needs a temporary home during the week.

Its a double bed furnished room with en suite shower room. The bedroom is at the far end of the house so it's quiet and private.

The flat is within a five minute walk of Crosshill and Queens Park train stations, with only a 6 minute journey to the city centre. Also close to main motorway routes. Govanhill is a great wee place to live with lots of independent shops, bars and restaurants as well as the beautiful Queen's Park near by.

We are easy going and would want anyone living here to feel welcome, relaxed and in a home from home. It's a big enough flat that we wouldn't be living in each other's pockets. We like to keep the place clean and tidy and would expect that of any flatmate. You would also have to like/not be allergic to cats as we have two little guys who are very timid and sweet.
