The flat further benefit from central heating with triple glaze windows. It has free parking in rear street and a private garden with private access door.

The flat is located within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from Glasgow City Centre and is within walking distance to University of Strathclyde, Caledonian University and Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
