Double room/s available in Southside flat.

I have 2 double rooms (570 per room) soon to be available in the southside of the city in a warm, bright flat.

One room pictured above, will add photos of the second at a later date. They are the same size but obv, different furnishings.

The area has good transport links into the city centre and beyond (takes 15-20 min by bus approx). Useful for strathclyde and caledonian students (but not for UOG, unless you drive).

Plenty of parking available.

Female flatmates preferred. If professional (not student) then i may ask for extra towards the council tax (if I take in a professional first, I'll try to take in a second professional and vice versa for students). The council tax is band B.

I am a friendly sort (well, I think so anyway haha), happy to chat over a cuppa but also need my own space from time to time as we all do :) and will respect yours.
